Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s what you need to know:

Returns:

• You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• To return an item, contact us at sismartsshop@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your item is damaged or defective.
• We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Important:

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued in the currency used at purchase.
