Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s what you need to know:
Returns:
- You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To return an item, contact us at sismartsshop@gmail.com with your order number.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos if your item is damaged or defective.
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Important:
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued in the currency used at purchase.
